- How do I press the stamp?
- Press the rigid plastic stamp into the wet pour at the right slump, like any texturing tool, then lift clean. We include guidance with every order.
- Do you offer trade pricing?
- Every stamp is priced the same per square inch for everyone, at any quantity, and the designer shows the price as you design — so you can bid repeat and multi-stamp work without waiting on us. Approved organizations can order on invoice terms from the cart; account creation alone does not establish invoice terms. Price a stamp in the designer.
- How fast can I get a stamp?
- Production takes at least 10 business days, then your stamp ships with tracking. For recurring work, keep a set on the truck — stamps we cut 20 years ago are still in use in the field.
- What concrete mix works best?
- Our stamps work with standard mixes (4–5 inch slump recommended) — same conditions you'd use for any stamped concrete work.
- Can my client design and I just pick up the stamp?
- Absolutely — have your client design the stamp in the free tool and share the link with you. You place the order, and we ship to your shop or the job site.
