- How is the price calculated?
- By the stamp's dimensions — $0.60 per square inch with a $100 per-stamp minimum, computed live as you design. You never fill out a quote form; the number is on screen the whole time, and it's the number you pay for the stamp. Shipping is charged separately at checkout — Standard, Express, or Overnight, priced by your order's size and weight. You see the exact rate before you pay.
- What do different stamp sizes cost?
- A 20×8″ stamp costs $100; an 18×12″ stamp costs $129.60, and a 24×18″ stamp costs $259.20. These are dimension-based examples before shipping and applicable tax. Design yours for its exact stamp price.
- Do I need an account?
- No — you can design, see pricing, and check out as a guest. An account lets you save designs to your library and manage orders from your dashboard.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards at checkout, plus purchase orders with Net-terms invoicing for approved organizations — municipal, educational, and contractor accounts.
- Can I get grant-compatible documentation?
- We provide detailed invoices for your purchasing records. Check your grant's documentation requirements before ordering so we can help you assemble the information it needs.
- What's the turnaround?
- Allow at least 10 business days from purchase to the ship date, then shipping. Standard transit is estimated at 5–7 business days; available delivery services and costs are shown at checkout. Rush production requires confirmation and costs the greater of $150 or 20% of the order subtotal. Faster shipping does not shorten production time.
