Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Production timeline

Each stamp is custom-made. Standard production takes at least 10 business days from purchase to shipment. Larger orders or a full production schedule may take longer. Transit time begins after shipment.

Expedited production

Expedited production costs the greater of $150 or 20% of your order subtotal, excluding shipping and tax. Availability and a ship date must be confirmed by the shop. Express or overnight shipping changes transit speed; it does not shorten standard production.

Shipping methods & estimates

  • Standard — 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express — 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Overnight — Next business day after dispatch
  • Freight (LTL) — 7–10 business days after dispatch, for oversized or very heavy orders. We'll call to schedule delivery.

Shipping is priced by the size and weight of your order — a small address stamp costs less to ship than a large municipal seal. Available methods and their shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Transit estimates begin at carrier dispatch. Total time-in-hand is roughly production timeline + shipping timeline.

Order tracking

We email you a tracking number when your stamp ships. Track an order at any time via the order tracking page using your order number and email.

Risk of loss & damaged shipments

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If your stamp arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and email support@stampedsidewalks.com within 14 days. We will replace damaged stamps at no additional charge.

Address changes

Contact the shop as soon as you need an address change. Changes to unshipped orders require review of delivery details, shipping charges, tax, and any labels already purchased. A request does not change the destination until the shop confirms it. Orders already handed to a carrier cannot be changed through the app.

Customs (Canada)

Canadian orders may incur GST/HST and customs fees collected by the carrier on delivery. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
