Common questions from procurement teams.
- Do you support purchase orders (PO)?
- Yes. Provide your PO number on the quote form or at checkout — it's referenced on the Stripe Invoice and on every shipment's packing slip.
- What payment terms do you offer?
- Approved government accounts default to Net-30. Net-15, Net-45, and Net-60 are available on request.
- How do we get tax-exempt status applied?
- Email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to support@stampedsidewalks.com. We mark your account exempt before your first invoice.
- Are stamps grant-eligible?
- Sidewalk poetry installations are often funded through public art and placemaking grants — eligibility depends on your grantor. We'll provide quotes formatted to your grantor's requirements.
