Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Rullands Creek Enterprises LLC (Stamped Sidewalks, "we", "us", "our") operates https://stampedsidewalks.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, password (hashed), phone (optional), company (optional).
  • Order information: shipping address, order history, design files you create, email used at checkout.
  • Payment information: credit card numbers are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only a Stripe customer ID and the last 4 digits.
  • Device & usage:IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, and interactions with the design tool (e.g. starting a design, adding to cart). Used for security, for cookieless aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights), and — when enabled — for the analytics and advertising measurement described in the "Analytics & advertising" section below.
  • Gallery submissions: photos and metadata you submit for our public gallery, after moderator review.

3. How we use information

  • To process orders and provide customer support.
  • To produce, ship, and deliver your stamps.
  • To send transactional emails about your orders (confirmations, shipping, delivery, refunds).
  • To prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To understand how the site and design tool are used and to measure the performance of our advertising (see the next section).

4. Analytics & advertising

We use two kinds of measurement:

  • Site analytics: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are cookieless and aggregate-only. Google Analytics 4 measures page views and funnel events (e.g. design started, add to cart, purchase) using cookies, so we can see where visitors drop off and improve the site.
  • Advertising measurement:Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel tell us which ads lead to orders and quote requests. These tools use cookies and may share data with Google and Meta for ad measurement and, unless you opt out, ad personalization. Under California law this can count as "sharing" personal information.

Your choices: you can opt out of advertising cookies and pixels at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing. Opting out never affects signing in, your cart, or checkout.

5. Subprocessors

We share information with the minimum necessary third parties to operate the service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing and B2B invoicing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — site hosting, cookieless aggregate analytics, and performance monitoring.
  • Sentry — error telemetry so we can diagnose and fix site errors (with PII scrubbed).
  • Google — Google Analytics 4 (site analytics) and Google Ads (advertising measurement), when enabled.
  • Meta — Meta Pixel (advertising measurement), when enabled.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@stampedsidewalks.com. California residents may additionally opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information on our Your Privacy Choicespage (we honor the Global Privacy Control signal), and have rights to data portability and non-discrimination under the CCPA/CPRA. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR), you have similar rights including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data retention

  • Order records: retained for 7 years to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
  • Shipping addresses: purged 1 year after delivery.
  • Abandoned checkouts: deleted after 30 days.
  • Sentry error events: retained for the Sentry default (~90 days).

8. Cookies

We set strictly-necessary cookies and browser storage (your Supabase sign-in session, your locally-stored cart, and Stripe's cookies during checkout), plus — when enabled — analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta as described in section 4. You can opt out of the advertising cookies on Your Privacy Choices. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders and announced on this page at least 30 days before taking effect.
